Lou Wok Rice House is a mobile food truck operating in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Our location, hours, and menu availability can change day to day and are subject to change without notice.
Online orders are for pickup at our current truck location only, unless separately arranged as part of a catering agreement. Prices, menu items, and estimated pickup times are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Catering bookings may require a deposit, paid via a Square payment link sent to you directly by Lou Wok Rice House.
By providing your phone number when placing an order or submitting a catering inquiry, you consent to receive text messages from Lou Wok Rice House related to that order or inquiry, including order confirmations, pickup readiness alerts, and catering follow-up. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Lou Wok Rice House is also available through third-party delivery platforms (currently DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats). Orders placed through those platforms are subject to that platform's own terms, pricing, and fees — Lou Wok Rice House is not responsible for delivery delays, order accuracy issues, or platform outages once an order has been handed off to a third-party courier.
Lou Wok Rice House provides this website and its ordering functionality on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including missed messages, technical outages, or order errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
